Healthy Living Initiatives
As part of Timken's ongoing strategy to promote associates' wellness, the company offers programs and resources that address top health concerns, such as nutrition, physical activity, smoking cessation and obesity. For example, teams of associates around the world participate in the annual "Active for Life" campaign, a 10-week competition hosted by the American Cancer Society, in which associates earn points – and potentially rewards – for physical activity.
